Check-in was seamless, and the staff was friendly and communicative. The hotel's location was ideal as it was easy to get around and explore the city. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious.

Check, in was effortless and the location was great, making it easy to explore the town. the free parking was a nice bonus. the rooms had premium facilities, and the bed was comfortable enough.
There were some aspects that ruined my experience at the hotel. there was a mix, up with the rooms that I had requested, and I ended up paying more for an upgrade that I did not need or want.

The hotel's location was great as it was near the town that never sleeps. This was perfect for my friends and me as we tend to go out at night. the overall service was also decent, with easy check-in and good communication. the rooms seemed comfortable and had decent bathrooms. Their parking fee was also waived, which was a plus.
The hotel had a misunderstanding with our room requests, resulting in us having to pay more for premium rooms we did not need.

The check-in process was simple and the location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a great perk for our city trip.
There was a misunderstanding about the room we booked. We asked for two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and single, but ended up with two premium rooms with only double beds.
